Consultation & Supervision
I offer individual and group consultation for therapists who wish to deepen their psychodynamic and attachment-based clinical work. My approach to supervision is rooted in the conviction that the clinician's own attachment history, cultural positioning, and countertransference are not obstacles to the work but instruments of it, requiring the same careful attention we give to our clients.
I serve as a mentor with the Psychotherapy Action Network (PsiAN), supporting early- and mid-career therapists in developing depth-oriented clinical practice.
Individual Consultation
Ongoing monthly consultation for clinicians seeking sustained support in psychodynamic and attachment-informed work. Sessions address case conceptualization, the dynamics of the therapeutic relationship, and the clinician's own experience as a shaping force in treatment.
Fee: 60 minutes, $150 per session.
Attachment Psychodynamic Consultation
6-Month Peer Consultation Cohort Chicago or onlineA small-cohort consultation group for clinicians who want to deepen their psychodynamic and attachment-based practice. This group examines how attachment patterns shape the therapeutic encounter: how they emerge in the transference and countertransference, how they influence the working alliance, and how the clinician's own relational history becomes a living instrument in the treatment.
Designed for clinicians at any career stage who are seeking a sustained, reflective space to develop their clinical thinking and strengthen their capacity for depth-oriented work.
Structure: Monthly 90-minute meetings, Chicago or online. Limited to six participants. Application required.
Fees: $75–$150 sliding scale.
Transcultural Attachment Psychodynamic Consultation
6-Month Peer Consultation Cohort Chicago or onlineA small-cohort peer consultation group for mental health professionals exploring psychotherapy across languages, cultures, and countries. This group reflects on attachment, transference, countertransference, and the subtle transformations, losses, and growth that emerge when working across cultural and linguistic boundaries. Participants are invited to explore how these experiences shape both clinician and client, and to deepen their understanding of cross-cultural relational and affective dynamics.
Open to mental health professionals, whether trainees, early-career clinicians, or established practitioners, who are curious and reflective about psychotherapy across languages, cultures, and borders, and who are interested in the relational subtleties of cross-cultural work.
Structure: Monthly 90-minute meetings, Chicago or online. Limited to six participants. Application required.
Fees: $75–$150 sliding scale.
