Individual Therapy
My therapeutic approach reflects the complexity of each client. I work psychodynamically and integrate attachment-based, multicultural, and feminist therapy. In therapy, recurring patterns of relating to self and others are explored in the context of your history and current life. The therapeutic relationship becomes part of the work, as established ways of relating can be identified, expressed, and worked through.
